All I can say is "Dr. Russell Danner is MY dentist"! He has been for more than 20 years. He is an expert in all facets of his profession. He is the epitome of what one should expect and demand from a Healthcare Professional. His staff consists of a group of Beautiful women. They are the smile that greets you when you walk in. Once again, wonderful experience! The hygienists are wonderful! The administrators take time to get to know you, in order to best meet your needs, and Dr. Danner is both personable and professional. I don't believe you can match his knowledge and or his skills anywhere in the state of Oklahoma! He listens to your concerns and does everything he can to resolve your issues. I actually live in another state most of the year, but unless it's an emergency, I continue to travel to OKC for my dental needs 😊!

The toothsome receptionist greeted me warmly before I was whisked to the recliner that would be my refuge for the next 30 minutes. I want to start this off by saying, I’m not a big fan of having to have medical procedures of any kind done! I’ve had my share of bad experiences. This Dr. and his staff, changed that for me. From reception, to the hygienist to the Dr. and support staff, these folks are amazing. They bring a human element to what can sometimes be an anxiety inducing event. Dr. Danner takes the time to explain the procedure and treatment options. There are several offices that could take “bedside manner” classes from this facility. If you’re looking for dentist or hygienist I would very highly recommend these folks.

Update 12/5/24: Still the same great care as described below. Still highly recommend this dentist. Shoot, even their link to review them is the easiest I’ve ever been sent - brought me right back to my original review. They really try to think of everything to provide great service. Original review: Consistently great care at every visit, from the front desk staff to the hygienists to Dr. Danner. My coworker recommended Dr. Danner several years ago. Dr. Danner isn’t currently in my dental network but it’s worth paying out-of-network costs to stay with a good dentist. I feel like he and his hygienists update their knowledge and their tools very regularly because there’s often a newer, better tool/practice in place during each visit. Everyone seems to remember me, too, even though I only see them twice a year (or three times a year if I drop the ball and get a cavity 😢).

Dr. Danner is an absolutely amazing Family/General and cosmetic dentist with great bedside manners and great skills who has been treating my family and I for the last 3 years. If you need a referral to a specialty dentist it is done in a timely, efficient manner and his office gives you great referrals. The staff is so professional and friendly. Over the weekend I experienced a dental emergency & severe toothache. i was referred to Dr. Danner by a friend. I called Dr. Danner’s office at 8:20 Monday morning and requested to speak to Suzanne as my friend had advised. The young lady who answered said Suzanne was on a call and it may be a bit, but she was happy to take my information and pass it along. I figured it being Monday I was in for a wait for a return call and probably a few days before they could get me in. I was ABSOLUTELY WRONG. I received a call back in 10 minutes and Suzanne scheduled me to see Dr.Danner at 10:00, in just 1-1/2 hrs!! Amazing! And then they were able to schedule my root canal for Thursday ! Amazing AGAIN!! Everyone was professional & very friendly! Dentist Russell Danner out by Mercy near Lake Hefner is taking very good precautions. They are staggering appointments and before they let you in the building they come out to your car to take your temp and ask questions about potential exposure. Clients are required to wear masks and all staff had masks, gloves, and hair covering. When they do your cleaning they also wear face shields. They also are brushing teeth with a regular tooth brush instead of the motorized ones that kick up a cloud of vapor. Very pleasant and safe experience

My experience with Dr. Danner was probably the best dental experience that I have ever had. I contacted them with my "chipped tooth problem" and the admin staff handled my issue very efficiently and scheduled me in for the next day. The initial new patient process was effortless and easy to navigate. When I showed up, the staff was great and took great care related to the COVID issue, gave me easy to follow protocol, took my temperature, and then let me in the building. Everyone was acutely aware of the pandemic risks involved and had me sanitize my hands, wear a mask and directed me to one of the procedure suites. At the expense of droning on and on, Dr. Danner did an exceptional job on me and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone needing dental work. On another note, my procedure required some numbing medicine....Dr. Danner has a great and unique technique of making that a painless component of the procedure!
